Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Medhavi Coaching Institute, we maintain high standards of education and strive for student satisfaction. We urge students and parents to make an informed decision before enrolling in our courses. Our refund and cancellation policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness.

Strict Policy Note

The Admission Fee / Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

1. Registration & Admission Fees

The initial registration and admission fees paid to secure a seat at Medhavi Coaching Institute are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student, sibling, or future academic session.

2. Tuition Fee Refund Conditions

Refunds of the core tuition fee will only be considered under the following strict conditions:

• Within 7 Days: If a student wishes to withdraw within 7 days of the commencement of the batch, 50% of the tuition fee (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded.
• After 7 Days: No refund of the tuition fee will be granted if the student leaves the institute after 7 days from the commencement of their batch, regardless of the reason (including medical grounds, relocation, or change of mind).

3. Expulsion / Disciplinary Action

If a student is expelled or dismissed from Medhavi Coaching Institute due to disciplinary issues, breach of the code of conduct, or non-payment of subsequent dues, no refund of any fees paid will be issued.

4. Cancellation by the Institute

In the highly unlikely event that Medhavi Coaching Institute cancels a specific batch or course program before its commencement, a full 100% refund of all fees paid (including registration) will be processed to the student within 14 working days.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request an eligible refund, parents must:

1. Submit a written, physical application to the Director's Office at our Dibrugarh Campus.
2. Attach the original fee receipt and ID card.
3. The date of receipt of the physical application will be considered the official date of withdrawal for refund calculations.

Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Cheque within 30 days of approval. Cash refunds are strictly not entertained.
